the council of ridgeway runs and funds various establishments within ridgeway to keep it thriving and orderly. your characters may work for any of these places and we encourage creativity when coming up with their roles within them. feel free to ask or run by any ideas you may have, we're extremely open.city hall is the main government facility in ridgeway. it is where the council convenes and many departments within it help keep ridgeway functioning.
the wolf den is a large facility for werewolves to use during the night of a full moon. werewolves are required to go there for the night if they are in ridgeway or dublin. this facility is isolated and made up of hundreds of rooms that are secure and locked down until sunrise the next morning. the staff is made up of security guards and technicians that make it impossible for any hiccups to happen throughout the night.
official ridgeway bloodbank is a popular place for vampires to get their blood for cheap and on the go. while it's not free, many programs exist for vampires to become a part of if they are in need of financial help. while this place provides a service for vampires, vampires are forbidden from working there. it was established in the 1800s and far too many vampires were caught stealing blood bags from the facility. any other supernatural being may work there.
grimm's prison is ridgeway's prison, located on the far outskirts of the city. it is known to house the most dangerous and lethal supernatural creatures in the world. bounty hunters hunt down many criminals and bring them there. the prison has 4 wings, two of which imprison non-violent offenders who are serving a smaller sentence. conditions are not great in grimm's prison as the council has very little sympathy for those that break the law. it is the last place supernatural creatures want to be sent.
causeway medical is a hospital set up to help the sick and injured heal. species of all kinds work here and take care of one another. it functions like any normal hospital and is the main medical facility for supernatural creatures in ireland.
council enforcers are the police officers of ridgeway. their headquarters are located next door to city hall. to be an enforcer in ridgeway means honor and duty and most enforcers hold their jobs to be the most important aspect of their lives.
